Questionnaires
FLSmidth gMAX Systems offers a variety of product Questionnaires, in pdf format design, to allow our customers to accurately and quickly describe their potential hydrocyclone separation application. Our skilled engineers will be able to assist in the sizing and selection of your hydrocyclone solution from the information gathered.
Please complete a related questionnaire and return it with your request for quotation. These forms have fill-in fields but they cannot be saved with your added data unless you have a current version of Adobe® Acrobat®. (Note: Adobe® Reader® is not capable of saving the form with your added data as it merely allows the reading of a pdf file.) Please fill in the form, print it and fax it to gMAX Systems at (281) 477-6336. Adobe® Reader®, at a minimum, is required in order to view the questionnaires.
